Hon. Lloyd Alsen Delos Reyes is a 22 year old student-community-leader from Barangay Paltic, Dingalan, Aurora. He graduated Elementary as Class Valedictorian at Paltic Elementary School and he also graduated Senior High School as Class Valedictorian with Highest Honors at Saint Patrick's Academy, Inc. Dingalan, Aurora.
Currently, he is a 3rd-Year Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Student at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, a former member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers - Student Chapter, now sitting as an Ex-Officio Member of the 16th Sangguniang Panlalawigan, an active member of the National Movement of Young Legislators and Provincial Board Members League of the Philippines, currently the Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation President of Aurora, and Chairperson of the Aurora Youth Development Council.
He championed local legislations such as SAD-Free Aurora Ordinance, State of the Youth Address Ordinance, Seal of Good Youth Governance Ordinance, and currently in works for the Students’ Day Celebration Ordinance, Out-Of-School Youth Welfare and Rights Ordinance, Sports Development Code Ordinance and many more youth-related local laws
